Snodoodle Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

The short version

Snodoodle doesn't collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics. The snowflakes you draw stay on your device.

What stays on your device

WhatWhy
Your saved snowflakes (their shapes, names, and colors) So they're in your Library the next time you open the app. They are stored only on your device.
Which Snow scene you last chose So the Snow tab opens on the scene you picked.

This information never leaves your device because of anything Snodoodle does. The app doesn't connect to any server, so the developer has no way to see it. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.

Permissions

Photos (add only)

If you choose Save to Photos on a snowflake, Snodoodle asks for permission to add a picture to your photo library. It can only add pictures. It can't see, read, or change the photos you already have. You can change this at any time in Settings › Snodoodle › Photos.

Snodoodle doesn't ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other personal data.

Sharing and printing

When you share or print a snowflake, Snodoodle hands a picture of it to iOS. Where it goes after that depends on what you choose, such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or a printer. Those apps and services follow their own privacy policies. Snodoodle only does this when you ask it to.

Third parties

Snodoodle doesn't include advertising, analytics, or tracking software from anyone else, and it doesn't use your device's advertising identifier.

Apple, who runs the App Store, may give developers anonymous crash and usage reports from people who have turned on Share With App Developers in their device settings. These reports don't identify you. They are governed by Apple's privacy policy, and you can turn them off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Snodoodle is made for everyone, including children. Because it doesn't collect any information from anyone, it doesn't collect information from children either. It has no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no links that take a child out of the app.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Snodoodle changes how it handles information, for example by adding a feature that stores snowflakes online, I'll update this page and the date at the top before that version is released.
