Frequently asked questions

Which devices are supported?
ConcertCam records both cameras simultaneously, which requires a device with multi-camera support: iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or newer, or an iPad with an A12 Bionic chip or later. On older devices the app opens but shows a "Multi-Camera Not Supported" message and can't record.
Where are my recordings saved?
Finished recordings are saved to your Photos library. Grant photo-access when prompted so ConcertCam can save them. If you enabled it, clips are also tagged with the location where they were filmed.
What's the difference between the two recording modes?
Picture in Picture saves a single video with one camera full-screen and the other in a corner inset. Two Files saves each camera to its own synced video file. You can switch modes in Settings.
Does it record audio?
Yes — audio is recorded together with your video from the device microphone.
What does "Stabilize Back Camera" do?
When your device and capture settings support it, this smooths handheld shake on the back camera. On some devices stabilization isn't available while both cameras run at once — Settings will show "Not available at these settings" when that's the case, and trying a different resolution or frame rate may help.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
